First Visit

If this is your first visit, please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to complete important paperwork, including health history and any medications or supplements you are taking, as they will need to be reviewed and discussed with your Esthetician prior to starting treatment in case of any contraindications.

Getting Here

Please be aware that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you find yourself running late, out of courtesy for my time and the next client’s schedule, your appointment will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. As a reminder, there is road work happening in the area, so please be sure to plan for that. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Upon Arrival

We are located at the corner of Gault and Frederick. There is plenty of free parking in our parking lot. Frilly Face is located at Brow & Beauty Collective, which is multiple Estheticians & Massage Therapy in individual studio suites. If the door is locked, this means your Esthetician is finishing a service and/or preparing for yours. Feel free to wait in your car and send a text message that you have arrived. If the door is unlocked, have a seat in the lobby area and someone will be with you shortly. We offer complimentary refreshments, and have a restroom available.

Cancellation Policy

At Frilly Face Esthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. We kindly require a minimum of 24-hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Should you miss your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge for the missed session.

Exception: Your well-being and the health of others are our top priority. If you are feeling unwell we do ask that you reschedule in order to keep our community safe and prevent the spread of viruses. In these instances we appreciate the honor system and the 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply.

Packages

Packages and series are non-transferable and meant for a single client only (ie; they cannot be split/shared/gifted between clients)

Promotional Offers

We do not combine multiple promotional offers, only one shall be applied.
